The Satellite & Engineering Division of Learfield operates as the “Technical Operations Center” for the many news, sports and information programs it provides.  This department maintains the uplink, program distribution system and provides satellite services to other networks and broadcasters. The Satellite & Engineering Division also provides technical engineering support for affiliates of Learfield’s many radio networks.  The 6 full-time Engineers have a combined 60+ years of satellite and engineering experience in the industry.

All affiliate Earth-Station antennas should follow new requirements of size and compatibility for C-band receptions. 

Downlink receive antennas minimum size of 3.7m, solid surface.

In addition- the Blue 5-G filters should be install on all receiving antennas!
